What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 1:00 p.m. and check-out must be done by 11:00 a.m. at the latest.

What is included in the nightly rate?
The rate includes accommodation for two people, breakfast, wifi, parking and access to the pool. Taxes are not included.

Are pets allowed?
No, pets are currently not allowed.

Do children pay?
Children under 2 years old are free of charge.

Does the hacienda have a restaurant?
We do not have a permanent restaurant service. Food services (lunch or dinner) are provided under previous reservation, at least 2 days in advance. Rate for lunch or dinner: $65.500 + 8% (consumption tax) per person.

. What are the feeding schedules?
- Breakfast: 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. - Lunch: 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. - Dinner: 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Where is the farm located?
We are located in Vereda El Rosario, 1 km from the Autopista del Café, Peaje Las Pavas, only 20 minutes from Manizales.

Are loud music or events allowed?
No. Our space is designed for rest and tranquility, so no loud noises or loud music are allowed, especially at night.
